EUROPE WHERE ARE OUR ARTS?

Europe or whites as they were called our lords, the inhumane, the most civilized people who took us for the devils, have not only enslaved us but also all our long gone ancestors. You can see the remains of us at the Gold coast, Ghana and in Badagry the border of Lagos in Nigeria. See how we were being annihilated, but not only that.
The Europeans has ended up silencing us, even cutting the ties and connections between we and our fathers, they forced us to believe their religion carries ours away. They stole it all away for their children, for their unborn generations, see them, the most civilized; disintegrating us bit by bit; from our language to our beliefs even to our personality. Hmmm yes we’ve conquered their terror but…………….
How can we prove our religion? Who will know how great our ancestors are? When their work are not with us.  The work they kept for us to be able to decipher the future. You left us here still oppressing us with our right.
Who are we/ nothing, yes nothing but give us our artifact back, We know some dated thousand of years back yes we know some are older then your father, we know they can prove the evolution wrong you don’t know what they hold; they hold they key to the future. The African arts means a lot and only a true African and not a bastard will tell you what his ancestors meant with the art.
If you choose to claim ignorance, I will start by telling you right from the most recent 400 year old crown you stole in Nigeria; To the precious mummies you excavated for fun and used as toys in your so called museum, the Akuaba’s at Ghana and how you invaded Benin in the late 19th century especially in 1897 where you took the bronze heads and even the bronze plaques of different manners. Going far to Zaria the oldest of Nigerian arts ‘NOK’ (the terracotta) that was found between 1943 and 1944. The Igbo Ukwu arts found in the eastern part of Nigeria; all these bronze plates and utensils are ours. I will still talk of Owo arts and Tsoede arts at Kogi state in Nigeria of elephants, creatures and Ostriches of our precious gods our fathers serve; the Esie arts that was found by H.G. Ramsey in 1933 in the forest, and to cap it up, can you tell me where the numerous Ife arts disappeared to or is it only the “Opa Oranmiyan” (Oranmiyan Staff) we have.
Don’t let me speak of only Nigeria and West Africa, I will also write about others I know or now find in international and private museums. Is it only Nimolithat is for the sierraLeoneans? What of those artifacts I find in American’s and European museums; arte facts like the Gelede, Bundu, Mimba, Angas, Akpo, Makondagazelles, Bambora, the wealth and gold of ancient Egypt, mummies, ancient resources and so many I cant even name all this are suppose to be here in Africa not in distant nations.
If you are not an artist, you may not understand how I feel or if you are not an African your blood won’t boil. The future is her, the culprit know themselves not Europe alone: please return our arts to our land, return peace to our land. Our fathers were not fools to have done that, please we need it not only to appreciate but to decipher the information it holds. Art is too hard to wrought than to be taken for granted. It’s too tedious to be a joke. Though for its beauty yet for the message it acrries. Return what is rightfully ours to us and let us know who our ancestors were, not roaming about with your notion which even you are confused with. Let us know why we are here, it’s in the arts with you, you know your fathers who stole it are dead and have even shared it between numerous hands: so now I will ask the world: WHERE ARE OUR ARTS? Until you return them you will know no peace. It’s not a curse; it’s the fact.
“That’s the god’s message to you”
